Gratitude helps create heart-brain coherence

Positive emotions like gratitude also helps to create heart-brain coherence because our autonomic nervous system reacts strongly to our thoughts and beliefs. Including the subconscious ones which is very important to remember.

Heart-brain coherence enhances the self-healing capabilities inherent in our system tremendously leading to a wide range of positive outcomes.
